British Online Archives (BOA) builds upon a long and illustrious history of archival publishing and preservation that stretches back almost sixty years, operating under its parent trading company, Microform Academic Publishers.

Home to over sixty digitised primary source collections, BOA continues to dedicate itself to teaching and research within the Humanities and Social Sciences. Our globally-related collections, ranging from colonial, missionary and transatlantic relations to twentieth century political and social development, cover four-hundred years of world history. Our Microfilms

Microform Academic Publishers have been publishing academic resources on microfilm and fiche since 1956. Today our collections include over a thousand publications which can be purchased on microfilm, some of which are also available as DVDs.
