1. Specific Additional Permitted Uses (reproduced from clause 4 in the Licence to Access)

In addition to any Fair Dealing use permitted, and on condition that sufficient acknowledgement is given, the Licensee or any person benefiting from its Licence to access the Publication is may:

2. Prohibited Uses of the Publication (reproduced from clause 5 in the Licence to Access)

The Licensee or any person benefiting from its Licence to access the Publication is prohibited from engaging in any of the following except as permitted above:

2.1 recreating the Publication or any part thereof without first obtaining the Licensor’s consent in writing;

2.2 modifying the Publication in any way including for example by hiding or amending any statement or mark denoting ownership of intellectual or other property rights therein;

2.3 exploiting the Publication for commercial gain; or,

2.4 reproducing, disassembling, recompiling, translating, or reverse-engineering any part of the software used therein.
