Refund policy: In compliance with EU regulations for online shopping, customers using this facility are allowed to request a refund within seven days of completion of their order. Each refund request will be considered by Microform Academic Publishers on its merits provided the customer can demonstrate that: (a) it was not possible to view the licensed images despite being logged in; or (b) the freely accessible descriptions of the collections were misleading as to the nature of the licensed content. Refund requests will not be accepted where there is clear evidence in the usage statistics that use of the licensed materials exceeds the negligible amount (i.e. 3-5 pages) required to check there is an access problem.
